Terms of Sale and Warranty

The diamonds here in invoices are guaranteed from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict of interest.

After Sales Service Terms and Conditions:

* Please retain this invoice/receipt together with another certificate and present it to SAFIRO JEWELRY for after sales service which we will arrange in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

1. The gold components / accessories

of SAFIRO JEWELRY such as hinges, springs, clasp, earring pins, earring hooks and earring nuts are all made of 18K/750 gold (might not be applied for some collectible pieces).

 

2. All SAFIRO JEWELRY products are entitled to a warranty period up to 1 months for diamond warranty and a lifetime for Ring-downsizing warranty (maximum twice), warranty date starts as of invoice/receipt date.

 

a. Diamond Warranty:

Warranty ONLY applies to diamonds up to 0.01ct size. This warranty DOES NOT APPLY to diamonds above 0.01ct.

 

b. Jewelry resizing Warranty:

Warranty ONLY applicable for *RESIZABLE PRODUCTS.

If the RESIZEABLE PRODUCTS need an upsizing, gold charge will be applicable as additional gold is needed to resize the products.

*RESIZEABLE PRODUCTS– Applicable Only to RESIZEABLE PRODUCTS that has an exposed area of Gold/ Platinum on its surface from ring, bangle, necklace and bracelet. RESIZEABLE PRODUCTS that do not have enough area of Gold/ Platinum on its surface are not re-sizable.

Eternity Rings ARE NOT RESIZABLE.

 

3. SAFIRO JEWELRY will provide cleaning, examination and polishing with no additional fee for products sold to our customers for LIFETIME.

 

4. Charges may apply for certain after-sales services, details of which can be obtained by contacting our customer service representative.

 

5. WE DO NOT accept buyback and Trade-in for Special Collaboration Collection, SAFIRO’s Exclusive Collections, Pearl Collections(we only accept the mount with diamonds) and Special order with agreeable terms upon purchase.

6. For buyback of diamond and precious stone products from SAFIRO JEWELRY, customers may present the products together with the original invoice/receipt and another certificate such as GIA Certificate for Diamond and GRS, Gübelin and another Certificate for Precious Stone that’s given to the customer when they purchased the jewelry from SAFIRO JEWELRY for value assessment and authenticity check.

 

Buyback will only be done in the form of CASH.

10% off invoice for GIA loose diamonds and jewelry with diamonds.

20% off invoice for Gold.

20% off invoice for Precious Stones Jewelry.

20% off invoice for the Mount of Pearl or Semi-Precious Stones with diamonds.

20% off invoice for Wedding Rings.

 

Additional DEPRECIATION might be applied for OLDER PRODUCTS depending on the year of purchase and the wear and tear shown on the product.

 

7. For the Trade-in of diamond and precious stone products from SAFIRO JEWELRY, customers may present such products together with the original invoice/receipt together with another certificate that is given to the customer for value assessment.

 

Trade-in will only be accepted for items purchased from SAFIRO JEWELRY store. We do not accept Trade-in for jewelry purchased outside of SAFIRO JEWELRY.

 

THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE

for GIA loose diamonds and diamonds jewelry trade-in and 10 % off invoice for Precious Stones Jewelry and Wedding Ringtrade-in.

 

We also do not accept trade in for Jewelry that’s not eligible for buyback (we only accept the mounting for the jewelry).

 

Additional fee deduction might be applied for older products depending on the year of purchase and the wear and tear shown on the item.

 

Another 10% fee deduction will be applied for every jewelry that is paid using credit card installments, Blibli, or any installments as its payment method.

We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer lifetime warranty for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry. Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of SAFIRO.
