International orders

  • We send to most parts of the world. For any international transaction inquiries, please kindly contact us at our Whatsapp +6281359217186
  • Packages are generally dispatched within five working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via selected courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Furthermore, delivery will only be performed on working days.
  • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
  • Import duties will be borne by the customer, with the amount varies according to the import tax regulation in the countries the recipient resides in.

  1. Grab a tape measure, length of string of stip of paper.
  2. Wrap it around the finger you’ll wear your ring stack, consider where on your finger the ring will sit-and mark the place where it joins.
  3. Lay your string or paper strip on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the length up to the mark. Use the chart above to match the measurement to the closest Safiro ring size.

Measure an Existing Ring

A helpful method if you’re surprising someone with a gift or treating yourself.

  1. Choose a ring that already fits your finger well
  2. Measure the interior diameter of the ring in milimeters (mm).
  3. Use the measurement chart above to match the size to the closest Safiro size in mm.

The long and the short of it

Necklaces vary by chain length. The circumference of your neck and size of the pendant will impact how your necklace sits on its own and with other styles.

  1. Measure and cut a piece of string to the same length as the necklece you’re eyeging.
  2. Place it around your neck to see where it falls-the key to layering is striking the right balance. Consider the size and shape of the pendant.
